Women in Electronics has four organizational goals to empower, advocate, develop, and celebrate members and their supporting organizations. Our annual awards serve as a celebration of individuals that live out the WE organizational values of honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment both personally and professionally. The award recipients have demonstrated a consistent commitment to our mission to open the opportunities for women and diverse talent in the electronics industry and related end user markets.
