Monica Highfill
Vice President/Executive Director,
Women in Electronics
Monica Highfill is the Vice President and Executive Director at Women in Electronics (WE), a non-profit 501(c3) organization dedicated to expanding the opportunities for women in the Electronics Industry.
Prior to joining Women in Electronics, Monica was the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at KEMET, after serving as Director of Sales for the Western Region – Americas. Working her way up in the industry, Monica held strategic management positions within the channel at a manufacturer’s rep organization
and also within distribution at Kent Electronics, Avnet, and Heilind. Monica graduated with a BA from Saint Mary’s College of California and obtained her MBA at Santa Clara University.
Monica remains curious and continues to be a researcher at heart. In her
downtime, she enjoys exploring new places, investigating critical wellness topics, and spending time with her family and friends where she resides in Northern California and Mexico.
